Graphicmachine is a is a digital, search, and marketing agency located in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to serving as Partner at Graphicmachine, Patience is on the ArtsKC Board of Directors, the Kansas City Streetcar Authority Marketing Advisory Council, and the RAINNSpeakers Bureau. She previously served on the Heart of America Shakespeare Festival Board of Directors.


  • Are You Experienced? Even if someone casually knows who you are, they’re still going to visit your website as part of the qualification process. Make sure it represents who you are—and accurately represents the identity of your organization.

  • Priorities, People… What are the outcomes you expect of a web redesign, social media campaign, etc.? There’s no right answer, but there needs to be an answer.
