  • Compelling imagery and design are key. Strong visuals and strategic design pull people into the content. Impressive images, pull quotes or infographics add the splash that will grab the reader’s attention and entice them to read and learn more. 

  • Make your message authentic. People want authenticity. Be who you are as a brand (and a person). Be the expert in a trustworthy, approachable way that builds trust with the consumer or donor. 

  • Branding is all about consistency. Know your brand, understand your brand and be consistent. You might get bored of it, but you don’t want to confuse consumers with marketing that is all over the board in terms of consistency.
